Lindsey C. LeCuyer

CEO and Co-Founder

Lindsey attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and graduated with a BFA in Computer Animation and Interactive Media. Throughout her career, Lindsey has worked for marketing companies, advertising agencies, education technology companies, and manufacturing.

Lindsey’s experience includes working on and with leadership teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, create and launch new products, build branding, and form policies aligned with each company’s mission and vision. She has managed projects ranging from website design, UX/UI strategy, front-end development, content development, graphic design, email marketing, direct mail campaigns, social media, and more.

Lindsey is passionate about marketing, organizational leadership, communications, design, and technical work. She completed an Online Mini MBA from the University at Buffalo, graduated from the Leadership Buffalo Rising Leaders program, and was recognized as a Buffalo Niagara 360 Spotlight Professional.

In addition to working as a marketing consultant for TCG, Lindsey is the co-founder of Jel Marketing, where she works with clients on marketing strategies and projects to help them achieve their business goals.

Jennifer Jordan, MBA

CMO and Co-Founder

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in marketing and related fields. She is a results-driven and analytical marketer with extensive experience developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns from start to finish. With a background working on both the agency and client sides of marketing, Jen is well-rounded in all aspects of using marketing to drive sales and build relationships.

In her most recent role, Jen created a library of 500+ pieces of original keyword-laden content across several companies over five years to improve organic search rankings, increase inbound sales leads, and serve as a home base for other marketing and media platforms.

Jennifer completed her undergraduate studies with a BA in Psychology from Niagara University and then earned her MBA from SUNY Buffalo.

When she’s not working, you can find Jen hanging with her girls, Lola and Emma, on her Peloton, at a hot power yoga class, walking her dog Murray Christmas, binge-watching the latest series on Netflix, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying a nice wine from Napa with her husband, Mike.

Jennifer is an avid supporter of Horizon Health Services and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro & Western New York.
